Program Delivery Director

Accountabilities: As a Program Delivery Director, you will lead enterprise transformation programs by aligning business objectives, technology strategies, and delivery execution. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders while managing teams and driving complex migration initiatives from strategy through implementation.

Lead and manage a team of Program Portfolio Managers, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure successful delivery.

Partner with C-level executives and transformation leaders to define, govern, and execute enterprise-wide technology transformation and migration programs.

Identify business drivers, strategic goals, and opportunities to develop value-focused proposals and business cases.

Drive architectural planning, transformation roadmaps, migration strategies, and execution plans in collaboration with technology experts.

Oversee large-scale cloud, infrastructure, and technology migration initiatives across assessment, planning, and execution phases.

Develop solution frameworks, reference architectures, templates, and target-state designs aligned with client business and technical requirements.

Facilitate discovery sessions, assessments, and solution workshops with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Manage operational transitions, including changes in responsibility, infrastructure environments, and service delivery models.

Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and establish credibility as a strategic technology advisor.

Collaborate with consulting, engineering, product, and program management teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Monitor program budgets, cost savings initiatives, and overall delivery performance.

Influence technology roadmaps by partnering with product and engineering teams on enhancements and future capabilities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a senior technology leader with extensive experience managing enterprise transformation programs, cloud initiatives, and complex client engagements. You should have a strong combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and executive communication skills.

Extensive experience leading large-scale enterprise IT transformation, modernization, and migration programs.

15+ years of leadership experience in technology, hosting, cloud services, or managed service environments.

7+ years of relevant leadership experience across enterprise IT, consulting, engineering, development, or transformation programs.

Proven experience designing, building, and operating global IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and hybrid environments.

Strong understanding of public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, along with hybrid cloud solutions.

Experience delivering enterprise IT professional services, cloud migrations, and managed technology services.

Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite and board-level stakeholders as well as technical teams.

Strong program management capabilities with excellent attention to detail in complex environments.

Ability to translate business objectives into technology strategies and actionable execution plans.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven ability to lead through influence, manage competing priorities, and drive measurable outcomes.

Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to travel approximately 20% within the United States as required.

Competitive base salary range of approximately $140,000 - $210,000 annually.
