Accountabilities: The Printer Relationship Management Associate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of production partners, ensuring operational excellence, and driving improvements across production and fulfillment processes. The role requires strong relationship management skills, ownership, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams.

Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with printer and production partners through regular communication, performance discussions, and operational support.

Act as a trusted point of contact for vendors, helping resolve production, operational, and logistics-related challenges.

Monitor vendor performance and collaborate with partners to improve quality, turnaround times, and overall delivery outcomes.

Maintain accountability with production partners while fostering positive and collaborative relationships.

Coordinate production timelines and proactively address order delays before they affect customers.

Manage order allocation and scheduling to balance production capacity and prevent operational disruptions.

Support emergency production changes, including order reassignment and schedule adjustments when required.

Coordinate inventory availability and ensure production partners receive necessary materials on time.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Technology teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Communicate production updates and operational risks clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

Identify recurring challenges and recommend long-term process improvements.

Discover automation opportunities and help improve workflows to increase scalability.

Support operational projects from initial planning through implementation.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience in operations, vendor management, supply chain, customer success, or a similar relationship-focused role. They should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with different stakeholders, and using data to improve processes.

2+ years of experience in Operations, Vendor Management, Supply Chain, Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field.

Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent stakeholder management abilities.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify trends and solve problems.

High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building capabilities.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to take ownership of projects and drive initiatives forward.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.

Availability to work fixed hours aligned with US business operations (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
