AI & Data - Data Engineer Sênior
Accountabilities: As a Senior AI & Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering advanced AI solutions focused on automation, data analysis, and enterprise integration. Your main responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing, implementing, and operating Agentic AI solutions for enterprise process automation and intelligent workflows.
Building Generative AI solutions using modern architectures, including multi-agent systems and AI-powered applications.
Developing scalable services, APIs, and integrations to connect AI solutions with enterprise platforms.
Creating and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including data ingestion, chunking, indexing, and vector-based search.
Working with vector databases and AI search technologies to support intelligent information retrieval.
Integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and event-driven or microservices architectures.
Applying software engineering best practices to ensure reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
Collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
Supporting continuous improvement of AI platforms, development processes, and operational capabilities.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced AI and data professional with strong software engineering skills and hands-on experience building Generative AI solutions. The required qualifications and skills include:
Solid experience developing AI Agents and Generative AI solutions.
Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Agno, or equivalent technologies.
Advanced knowledge of Python, including service development, REST APIs, and SDK creation.
Experience integrating enterprise systems, APIs, and architectures based on events and microservices.
Knowledge of RAG pipelines, including ingestion processes, chunking strategies, indexing, and vector databases.
Experience with technologies such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, Vertex Matching Engine, or similar solutions.
Experience using Git and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work with complex technical challenges.
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
Proactive attitude, sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
