Architectural Coordinator

Permanent Location: Singapore

We are looking for an organized professional to manage architectural designs and construction schedules. You will play a key role in keeping building projects running smoothly and on track.

Requirements:

• Oversee technical drawings and monitor construction site progress
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure work matches design plans
• Keep projects on schedule and within your planned budget
• Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering is required
• Five years of experience in architectural finishing is needed
• Must be skilled in AutoCAD and Revit software
• Enjoy a stable, full-time permanent role in Singapore
• Work schedule includes working every other Saturday
