Italpasta is currently looking for a Packer to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering benefits.

Your tasks

Packer Job Responsibilities

• Loads cardboard boxes as well as the required consumables (cello paper, tape, sleeves etc.) onto the various automated packaging machines to ensure smooth production.
• Inspects and confirms label printers are in working order in regards to date, time and quality of print

• Loads required consumables on label printers (printer ribbons, label rolls)
• Keeps work environment clean and tidy throughout the shift.

• May be required to manually lift boxes off of waste high conveyors onto pallets from ground floor up to shoulder height.
• Records information such as weight, time and date packaged.

• Inspects materials, products, and containers at each step of the production process.

Requirements

Packer Job Requirements

• Need to have ideally 1 year of previous production/ Packaging experience
• Must be comfortable working in hot environment
