Project Manager - Façade & Aluminum

Your tasks

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee façade and aluminum projects, manage site operations, lead teams, and ensure quality execution and timely project delivery.

• Manage and supervise façade and aluminum installation works on-site.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Oversee aluminum installation and associated insulation works.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 7+ years of experience specifically in façade and aluminum projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of façade and aluminum systems and insulation works.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
• Proven site supervision and team-management experience.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Construction Management qualification or training.
