JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervise and coordinate daily operations and work activities.

Oversee workers and ensure assigned duties are completed properly and on time.

Coordinate manpower, work schedules and daily assignments.

Monitor work progress and ensure good quality of service.

Ensure workers follow company procedures, safety requirements and workplace regulations.

Communicate with clients, workers and management regarding operational matters.

Assist in resolving daily work-related issues and report important matters to management.

Maintain proper housekeeping, discipline and a safe working environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to workers.
• Monitor workers’ attendance, punctuality and performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to check work quality and progress.
• Guide, train and support workers in carrying out their duties.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment and materials.
• Check that work is completed according to client and company requirements.
• Handle workers’ concerns and coordinate solutions when necessary.
• Coordinate with clients regarding work schedules and service requirements.
• Prepare daily work reports and provide updates to management.
• Monitor manpower requirements and arrange replacement workers when needed.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company policies.
• Handle customer feedback and report complaints to management.
• Maintain discipline and good teamwork among workers.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
