Job Summary

Lead and manage project teams to deliver construction projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards while aligning with company goals and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to achieve project excellence and meet targets
• Manage and implement changes within the project team to maintain progress
• Motivate team members and subcontractors to work cohesively toward project goals
• Plan and organize overall site resources and logistics for efficient operations
• Develop and map out the Master Programme to guide project timelines
• Set project targets aligned with company objectives and goals
• Oversee project delivery to meet approved contract completion dates and phased milestones
• Ensure quality delivery by meeting client expectations and complying with regulatory requirements
• Liaise with architects and consultants on construction matters during site progression
• Plan and monitor preliminary cost budgets to keep project costs within approved limits
• Develop projected S-curve for financial cash flow management of the project
• Implement control measures on material, plant, equipment, and utilities usage
• Control direct labor costs through effective labor allocation and overtime management

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil, Structural, or Building Engineering
• Diploma in Civil or Building disciplines
• Certification for CSCPM (Certified Structural and Civil Project Manager)
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant construction project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
