Associate Finance & Administration

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day treasury operations, cash flow, and working capital Support banking relationships, funding requirements, and liquidity planning Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Strengthen internal controls and support audit engagements Maintain constructive relationships with regulators, auditors, and tax authorities Monitor regulatory changes and support compliance and governance initiatives Support oversight of admin functions — vendors, contracts, procurement, and office operations Contribute to technology and process improvement initiatives Support the Management Team  on strategic finance matters, reports, and board materials

Requirements:

ICAN/ACCA qualified Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in finance, treasury, or operations Strong treasury and liquidity management background Proven experience managing relationships with regulators Proven experience in financial services or a SEC-regulated entity Demonstrated readiness to grow into a senior leadership role

Location : Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid)

Remuneration: NGN 1,000,000 Monthly
