Quality Technician

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting with the continuous improvement of the Harding Energy's Quality Management System (QMS). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assists in the development and modifying Quality PPAP Documents

• PFMEA
• Control Plans
• Process Flow Diagrams

Perform internal audit to ISO 13485 standard Has the authority to stop production and/or shipment from suppliers for nonconforming products. Monitors Customer Complaints including RMA's to ensure resolution. Assists with the CAPA & SCAR corrective action processes. Assists with equipment calibration Other duties as assigned INTERRELATIONSHIPS: Works in conjunction with President Director of Sales & Mktg Director of Purchasing Business Unit Managers Manufacturing Manager Sales, Customer Service, Technical and Production personnel JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's degree in related field, preferred Three to five years' experience with Quality PPAP Documentation Three to five years' experience in Continuous Improvement Methodologies Three to five years' experience in Quality Systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft software COMPANY PERKS AND CULTURE:
