Core Job Responsibilities

Admissions Management

Serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to the school’s programs, ensuring every communication is handled with warmth, professionalism, and accuracy.

Manage parent communications across phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media, ensuring timely responses and high service standards.

Guide families to appropriate resources and schedule campus visits, tours, trials, and events, coordinating closely with campus teams to ensure a seamless on‑site experience.

Develop a strong understanding of parent concerns and frequently asked questions, sharing insights with Marketing to refine messaging and improve parent experience.

Marketing

Maintain complete and accurate lead, visit, and conversion records in the CRM system.

Produce reports on funnel performance, forecasting, conversion rates, and parent feedback to support data‑driven decision making.

Analyse admissions trends to identify opportunities to enhance conversion and overall admissions performance.

Collaboration with Campus Leadership

Work closely with the Head of School to align admissions efforts with classroom capacity, staffing, and program requirements.

Coordinate with guides and teaching teams to schedule student trials, observations, and placements.

Provide leadership with insights on parent expectations, market trends, community preferences, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

2–4 years of experience in admissions, customer service, hospitality, or sales

Experience in education or early childhood sector is an advantage

Warm, engaging interpersonal skills and strong presentation abilities

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills; able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
