Lead Strategic Negotiator
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience structuring wholesale telecommunications infrastructure agreements, including colocation data centers, managed optical fiber networks (MoFN), and cable landing stations.
A proven track record of operating autonomously in highly regulated or monopoly-driven markets within the Middle East and Africa.
Strong established relationships within the regional telecom ecosystem (e.g., UAE, KSA, Oman).
Excellent financial acumen with the ability to perform complex network present value (NPV) calculations and return on investment (ROI) analysis.
Deep technical understanding of transport networks, such as DWDM, dark fiber, IP transit, and subsea cable systems.
