Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and inspiring art classes for children, teens, and adults.
- Teach traditional fine art techniques in: Drawing & Sketching / Watercolour Painting / Oil Painting / Acrylic Painting
- Guide students according to their individual skill levels, from beginners to advanced learners.
- Demonstrate techniques through live drawing and painting demonstrations.
- Prepare lesson plans and class materials.
- Encourage creativity while building strong technical foundations.
- Provide constructive feedback and support students in developing their artistic abilities.
- Assist with exhibitions, workshops, holiday programmes, and special art events when required.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional studio environment.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
- Strong technical proficiency in traditional art mediums, particularly:Drawing & SketchingWatercolour PaintingOil Painting
- Previous teaching experience is preferred, but passionate emerging educators are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, encouraging, and enthusiastic when working with students of different ages.
- Able to demonstrate art techniques confidently during lessons.
- Comfortable teaching both individual and small group classes.
- Some availability to work on weekends, selected day/evening schedules.
