IFM ENGINEER

Requirement ·        Singaporean ·        8am – 5.30pm ·        5.5-day week or alternate Saturday full day ·        Workplace at Calshot Road, near Selarang DrugRehabilitation Centre in the Changi-Pasir Ris region ·        Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering ·        Minimum 5 years’ experience in FacilitiesManagement (FM) ·        Strong technical skills (Electrical, ACMV,M&E) ·        Assist IFM Manager as assigned ·        Plan duty roster ·        Oversee technicians in Facilities Management(FM) ·        Comply with control measures identified in riskassessments ·        Ensure timely execution of requests, activitiesand tasks related to Hard and Soft FM services ·        Liaise and co-ordinate withsub-contractors/vendors to ensure that works/services are completed on time. ·        Support and sustain client’s Facilities andEnergy programmes ·        Preferably has bizSAFE Level 2 or higher ·        Proficient in MS Office tools ·        Valid LEW certification will have added advantage
