Industrial Engineer/ Supervisor

MAJOR TASKS:

• To improve Labor productivity for reduce production lose time.
• To reduce WIP for reduce lose area to support production.
• To provide optimize work flow for smoothly operation & reduce operation lose time & increase operation productivity.
• To level work load plan for increase operation productivity.
• To increase Line Balance Efficiency for improve capacity & reduce operation lose.
• To improve OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) at Bottle Necks process for reduce operation lose opportunity operation & increase operation productivity.
• To facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) and set corrective action & preventive action (CAPA).
• To keep safely & 5S rules.
• Safety.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide operation standard time & reduce operation lose to improve productivity
• Reduce operation lose time for increase operation efficiency & productivity
• Facilitate root cause of production problem for set & control corrective Active & Preventive Action (CAPA)
• Enhance OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) at Button necks process for increase productivity
• Reduce WIP & reduce lose area to optimize production operation area for increase productivity
• Leveling workload plan for reduce operation lose & increase productivity.
• Increase Line Balance Efficiency to improve operation productivity
• Optimize work flow for smoothly operation, reduce operation lose / Increase productivity
• Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) to set Corrective Action & preventive Action (CAPA)
• Implement motion & time study for improve productivity

Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Engineering, (Industrial Engineer, Production Engineer, or related) 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry (Automotive, Electronics, Garment, etc.)
