QS & Estimate Engineer (Civil & Bridge Construction) (English & Chinese Speaking

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQ, and cost estimates for civil and structural works.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project cost requirements.
• Prepare cost breakdowns, Variation Orders (VO), and monitor project costs against budget.
• Review quantities and quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, and other project teams.
• Prepare cost reports and support tender/bidding activities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in QS, Estimation, or Cost Control within the construction industry.
• Experience in road, bridge, railway/mass transit, or high-speed rail projects is highly preferred.
• Able to read construction drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare BOQ.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel; AutoCAD skills are an advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively in English for work purposes.

Willing to work on-site in Songkhla or Koh Lanta, Krabi.

• Candidates based in Southern Thailand or nearby areas will be given special consideration.
