QA QC Manager Civil - English or Chinese Speaking

• Plan and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) systems for civil construction projects
• Establish and apply quality inspection standards for materials and construction work
• Review and approve construction drawings, work plans, and project quality documentation
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure work meets standards
• Prepare quality inspection reports, corrective action records, and monitor progress
• Train and guide project teams and contractors on quality procedures and standards
• Communicate and present project quality information in English or Chinese

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field 5-10 years of QA/QC experience in civil construction projects Strong understanding of relevant construction standards and quality requirements Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, or Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) Ability to solve problems and make decisions under complex circumstances Meticulous attention to detail with strong quality documentation management skills Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is a plus.
