Electrical Senior Lead
Leadership & Team Development: Guide, support, and develop our electrical maintenance team to achieve section goals, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Maintenance Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive preventive and corrective electrical maintenance plans to ensure maximum plant availability.
Troubleshooting & Reliability: Resolve complex issues across power systems, production equipment, hardware/software-controlled systems, and utilities. Lead root-cause analyses on recurring failures to minimize downtime.
Resource Management: Follow up on the section’s requirements for spare parts, tools, and other maintenance materials, ensure their availability, and coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional departments.
Budget & Cost Management: Prepare the annual budget in coordination with the Maintenance Manager, ensuring effective planning and utilization of maintenance resources.
Administrative Requirements: Oversee the section’s administrative requirements, including vacations, overtime, attendance, and workforce needs.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to safety standards and operational procedures across all maintenance activities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of industrial/manufacturing experience.
Industry Background: Experience in FMCG manufacturing is highly preferred, specifically within the diapers/hygiene industry .
Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English, alongside strong computer literacy and proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems.
