Facade Design Manager

- Conduct on-site technical training, installation guidance and clarification
- Solve on-site technical issues, optimize installation solutions and ensure facade performance
- Manage technical documents, drawing updates and material submittals
- Bridge technical communication between Chinese and local teams on technical matters
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structure Engineering or related
- 5 years of curtain wall design/engineering/technical coordination experience; Middle East experience preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD and facade drawing software
- Strong technical problem-solving, coordination and drawing interpretation skills
- Working proficiency in English (written and spoken); Chinese communication skills are a plus
- Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible and reliable team player
- Ability to adapt to UAE/KSA local working culture and environment
- Good cross-cultural communication skills
- Compliance with local laws, regulations and company policies
