Requirements

• Proven track record in Dubai real estate
• Strong experience across off-plan and/or secondary markets
• Consistent record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong high-value sales and client relationship management experience
• Deep understanding of the Dubai property market
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a high-performing team
• Dubai-based with proven UAE real estate experience strongly preferred
