Customer Service Advisor

Brough, Hull Salary: Circa £28,000

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing and successful business based in Brough, Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business going through an exciting period of growth and development. The role will focus on providing excellent B2B customer service, predominantly via email, with some telephone contact.

Key responsibilities:

• Responding to B2B customer enquiries and resolving queries efficiently
• Processing customer orders accurately
• Providing delivery and order updates
• Dealing with pricing and invoice queries
• Investigating and resolving customer issues
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries
• Maintaining strong customer relationships
• Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within a B2B customer service, customer support, sales administration or order processing role. You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
