Senior Cross Border Transport Operations Specialist

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on international land-transport shipments, working closely with customers, drivers, transport providers, border agents, customs representatives, and internal teams to ensure the safe and timely movement of cargo across borders through land transportation.

At least four years of relevant experience in the transport or logistics industry

• Practical experience handling cross-border or international land-transport operations
• Good understanding of cross-border documentation and operational requirements
• Experience coordinating with transport providers, agents, drivers, and customers
• Strong shipment-tracking, problem-solving, and follow-up capabilities
• The ability to manage delays, border issues, and changing operational requirements
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of English
