Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Execute and oversee daily mechanical maintenance programs on equipment
Monitor equipment performance using predictive maintenance techniques (vibration, thermal, acoustic analysis)
Diagnose and analyze equipment failures to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions
Conduct equipment inspections and testing using modern diagnostic tools
Ensure all maintenance work complies with technical standards and specifications
Provide fault analysis reports and technical recommendations for equipment improvement
Oversee maintenance of pumps, compressors, gears, conveyor belts, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Propose and implement engineering modifications to increase equipment efficiency and reduce energy consumption
Track and analyze equipment performance indicators (MTTR, MTBF)
Manage spare parts inventory and maintain purchasing specifications
Respond quickly to critical equipment failures to ensure production continuity
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance
Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of pumps, gears, conveyor belts, compressors, and rotating equipment
Ability to read and analyze engineering drawings
Expertise in lubrication systems, welding, and metal wear analysis
Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) procedures
Proficiency in predictive maintenance techniques (vibration, thermal, acoustic analysis)
