Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and manage all maintenance operations, ensuring high equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and minimum downtime. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both mechanical and electrical systems , combined with excellent managerial, strategic planning, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall maintenance strategy aligned with the company’s operational and business objectives.
• Lead the maintenance department and manage maintenance teams, ensuring effective manpower planning, performance management, and continuous development.
• Develop and implement Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance programs.
• Ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability while minimizing unplanned downtime and maintenance costs.
• Oversee maintenance activities for industrial machinery, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and electrical control panels .
• Troubleshoot and supervise the resolution of complex mechanical and electrical breakdowns .
• Ensure proper maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of motors, pumps, compressors, production machinery, electrical panels, control systems, and related equipment .
• Analyze recurring failures and implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for the maintenance function, including equipment availability, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, maintenance costs, and preventive maintenance compliance.
• Prepare and manage the maintenance budget and ensure effective control of spare parts and maintenance resources.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
• Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, standards, documentation, and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and maintenance standards .
• Evaluate maintenance performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimization .
• Manage external contractors and maintenance service providers when required.
• Stay updated with new maintenance technologies, automation solutions, and best industry practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Power/Electrical Engineering .
• 5–8 years of proven experience in Maintenance Management , preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Industrial machinery maintenance
• Mechanical maintenance
• Electrical maintenance
• Electrical panels and control systems
• Motors, pumps, compressors, and related equipment
• Troubleshooting and breakdown management
• Proven experience in developing and implementing maintenance strategies and long-term maintenance plans .
• Strong knowledge of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance methodologies.
• Ability to manage both the technical and administrative aspects of the maintenance function.
• The company provides transportation on the following routes: (Alexandria – El Agamy – Abu El Matamir – Kafr El-Dawwar). The company provides single accommodation for employees relocating from outside the area.
