Project Coordinator (Construction)

Well Established Company Basic $ 3800 to $ 4500 + Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location: Tuas (Company Transport Provided) Working hours: Normal Working Hours Possessing own Vehicle (Car / Bike) Job Scope: Assist the Head of Operations in coordinating daily project activities.

Coordinate manpower, equipment, and deliveries to project sites.

Liaise with customers, site personnel, and internal departments on project schedules and work progress.

Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.

Prepare and submit project documents, reports, and inspection records.

Ensure works are carried out according to safety requirements and customer expectations.

Attend site meetings and assist in resolving site issues.

Support site inspections, equipment handover, and user training when required.

Maintain proper project records and documentation.

Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:  NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.

Experience in project coordination, site supervision, construction, engineering, or related industries will be advantageous.

Possess own vehicle (Car / Bike) – Transport Allowance given

Able to work independently and communicate with different stakeholders.
