Marketing Executive
- Plan, execute and optimise lead generation and marketing initiatives using data-driven strategies.
- Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards and databases using Microsoft tools, ERP and CRM systems.
- Analyse sales and customer data to identify trends, business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities across various industries.
- Maintain and enhance CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy and supporting customer base expansion.
- Handle customer enquiries, assess their needs and coordinate with relevant teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Support the sales team by identifying potential sales opportunities through data analysis and market insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Marketing or relevant industries
- Training Provided
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Comfortable with overseas travels
- Experience in Power BI, Tableau or Power Automate is an advantage
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.15am - 5.30pm)
- Working Location: Lavender
- Salary: Up to $4200
