Part time Technician - Hotel

Shift Hours:

• Morning shift (8:30 am to 6 pm)
• Mid shift (10.30am to 7.30pm)
• Afternoon shift (1 pm to 10:30 pm)

inclusive of a 1-hour break 3-day work week, including weekends and public holidays Location : Orchard

Task : General Maintenance and Repair: Conducting works such as painting, patching walls, plumbing, air-conditioning servicing, and working on electrical switches and fixtures to ensure smooth operations. Building Upkeep: Maintaining the good physical condition of the building and ensuring that heating, lighting, and ventilation are in good working order. Preventive Maintenance: Performing routine preventive maintenance programs and checking/inspecting the building's machinery and equipment. Resident Service: Responding to and prioritizing maintenance requisitions (MWO) and residents' requests. Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues from different departments, including Guest Service and Housekeeping. Reporting: Reporting directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Engineering.
