Your tasks
- Study project specifications, including legends, vendor lists, and project requirements.
- Prepare quotations and ensure pricing aligns with company standards and discount strategies.
- Negotiate and secure the best prices and delivery times from manufacturers.
- Manage and coordinate assigned tendering and quotation activities.
- Identify the most cost-effective product solutions that meet project specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to enhance business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and organized quotation records within the company’s system.
- Share critical information with purchasing and field teams regarding vendors, products, pricing, and competitors.
- Ensure no project data or quotations are lost, following tender department processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical products, power, and control.
- Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High commitment to customer service and operational excellence.
