DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (m/f/d) for a company in the finance sector in Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, aligning stakeholders, monitoring timelines and deliverables, and supporting the successful implementation of project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and oversee strategic projects from initiation

through to successful completion

• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align

priorities and achieve business objectives

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and develop

solutions to ensure successful delivery

• Coordinate meetings, communication and reporting with management and

cross-functional teams

• Identify opportunities for improvement and support the

implementation of strategic initiatives

• Contribute to the development and optimization of business processes

and project management approaches

Requirements:

-

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field- At least 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in an international environment

• Experience in project planning, coordination, and stakeholder

management

• Good understanding of IT environments and technical processes
• Excellent written and spoken English Skills, German is a plus
