Your tasks

The Product Owner owns the what and why. The Product Manager owns much of the organisation, prioritisation and execution required to get it delivered well.

• Structure, maintain and prioritise multiple product backlogs together with Product Owners and development teams.
• Drive release planning and coordinate dependencies across teams and products.
• Create strong delivery processes that help teams move fast without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Facilitate alignment across Product Owners, developers, designers and other stakeholders.
• Take ownership of blockers, unclear requirements and delivery challenges and proactively move them toward resolution.
• Understand business priorities and ensure delivery supports the broader business direction.
• Continuously improve how teams work, collaborate and ship digital products.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly capable, execution-focused Product Manager who can turn product direction into structured, high-quality delivery across multiple development teams and backlogs. The person will join an ambitious technology organisation undergoing significant change and development. The environment is international, fast-moving and collaborative, with high expectations for both quality and execution.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building digital products, working with strong teams and continuously improving how products are delivered.

• Strong experience delivering digital products together with software development teams.
• AI-mind – you already use AI tools to improve output and quality
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, architecture, dependencies and technical trade-offs.
• Ability to challenge developers and stakeholders through informed discussion rather than simply relying on others for answers.
• Strong experience with backlog management, priorisation, release management and cross-team coordination.
• Usage of data to understand product usage and support better product decisions.
• Fluency in professional English
• Demonstrated capability and impact; number of years of experience is secondary.
