Your tasks
- Job duties
- AMHS system (OHT, STK, LIFT, EFEM, …etc) installation, adjustment and system test.
- Repair and troubleshooting of semiconductor automated equipment, including equipment maintenance and adjustments.
- System updates related to automated equipment.
- Log analysis, processing, and follow-up tracking of equipment to assist in repair and maintenance.
- Work progress communication and coordination.
Other
Job might involve several overseas business trips.
