The Role

• Welcoming guests warmly and managing check-in and check-out smoothly.
• Handling reservations, enquiries and payments accurately.

• Responding to guest requests by phone, email and in person.
• Working closely with housekeeping and management to deliver a great stay.

• Keeping guest records and the front desk organised.

About You

• Experience in reception, customer service or hospitality.
• A friendly, professional manner and clear communication.

• Calm under pressure at busy times.
• Confident with computers and booking systems.

• Flexible to work a rota including some weekends.
