- Manage and provide support to the operations department in handling vessel operations.
- Respond to ship owners/ ship masters and principals’ inquiries such as port information, port restriction/ PDA/ and give quotation for crew change/ ship repairing/ provision stores supply or others etc.
- Ensure smooth co-ordination between WPS and shippers/ consignees/ terminals/ stevedores.
- Ensure the application Customs/ Immigration,...
- Diploma/ Degree, preferably in shipping operations.
- Managerial experience is preferred.
- Deep knowledge and experience of shipping and vessel operations, husbandry services for at least 3 years.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able/ willing to work odd hours including weekends/ public holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
