General Accounting Staff (Accounting Team)

• Review payment requests.
• Prepare bank transfer orders and process cash receipts/payments.
• Record payment, receipt, and purchase invoices in ELSA.
• Issue invoices.
• Follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Reconcile balances for each supplier and customer.
• Create customer, vendor, agent, and freight codes.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager.
• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành kế toán.

Bachelor’s/College degree in accounting.

• Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh trong công việc.

Good English communication skills.
