About the Role We are looking for an experienced Industrialization / Process Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for automotive products.

You will be responsible for new project industrialization, process design, continuous improvement, and mass production problem-solving , working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQCD) targets.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Industrialization, Production Engineering, or similar roles in Automotive Manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of Process Design, PFMEA, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S.
Experience with APQP / NPI / New Product Industrialization is highly preferred.
