Senior Mechanical Engineer – Proposals and Tenders

Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and BOQs for infrastructure projects.

Prepare mechanical quantity takeoffs, technical scopes, and compliance checks.

Prepare technical proposals, clarifications, deviations, and tender documentation.

Coordinate with consultants and designers to resolve technical issues.

Support value engineering and technical solutions during the tendering process.

Ensure mechanical proposals are complete, accurate, and aligned with RFP requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

5–10 years of experience in Mechanical Technical Office, Proposals, or Tendering.

Proven experience in infrastructure projects in KSA/Saudi Arabia is required.

Strong experience in plumbing and firefighting systems.

Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.Experience in quantity takeoff and technical proposal preparation.

Familiarity with tendering procedures and RFP requirements.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; CostX or PlanSwift is a plus.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
