Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports Monitor cash flow, expenses, revenue, and overall financial performance Ensure proper financial controls and compliance with relevant regulations Oversee accounting operations, reconciliations, payables, receivables, and payroll processes Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts Liaise with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other relevant stakeholders Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate measures Supervise and guide the finance/accounting team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional qualification such as ICAN or ACCA is a must Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory finance role Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial controls Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and organizational skills High level of integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
