Corporate Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator (WSHC)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the WSH Officer in all safety related matters.
- Responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing safety-related issues at the site.
- Ensure all site works adhere to safety rules and safe work practices as well as safety legislation.
- Liaise with project teams to conduct regular site inspections.
- Identify any situation that is potentially unsafe and/or hazardous in nature, feedback to Manager and team, investigate and recommend any corrective actions.
- Responsible for keeping records of safety-related matters and recommendation/administration of corrective measures at the site.
- Able to handle the safety documentation such as Method of Statement, Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedure, etc.
- Prepare inspection reports.
- Assist the WSH Officer in incident investigations.
- Assist the WSH Officer in conducting safety time-outs and safety promotion events.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Certified with WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience in M&E, construction and IFM.
- Proficient in MS Office & Outlook.
- Willing to travel to different sites.
