HSE Specialist
Raise employees’ awareness of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) practices, personal protective equipment (PPE), workplace hazards, and the importance of following safety procedures.
Ensure the implementation of safety rules, technical instructions, and procedures to protect employees, company assets, and facilities.
Conduct regular safety inspections across different work areas and identify potential hazards, recommending appropriate preventive and corrective actions.
Periodically inspect firefighting and fire alarm systems and prepare reports on their condition and operational status.
Report safety violations and non-compliance and recommend the necessary corrective actions.
Investigate workplace accidents and incidents and prepare detailed reports, including appropriate preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
Distribute the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to employees according to their job requirements and ensure they understand its proper use.
Conduct regular workplace inspections to ensure employees are properly wearing the required PPE.
Monitor employees’ compliance with PPE requirements and take appropriate disciplinary action in accordance with company policies when violations occur.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, or any relevant field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HSE, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety laws, regulations, and requirements .
Good knowledge of workplace hazard identification and risk assessment techniques .
Good knowledge of First Aid principles and fire safety procedures .
Strong ability to conduct safety training and raise employees’ awareness of workplace hazards.
Good report-writing and documentation skills.
NEBOSH certification is required.
OSHA certification is required.
Additional HSE certifications and training courses are highly preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English is preferred.
