Description

Captivation Software is looking for a senior level systems engineer who will be assisting with daily responsibilities on the program.

Requirements

Security Clearance:

Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen

Minimum Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or GED plus nineteen (19) years of general systems engineering experience

A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus fifteen (15) years of systems engineering experience

A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience

Required Skills:

Competent with all manner of hand tools to include power tools

Competent with RF spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes and signal generators

Familiarity with Microsoft suite of applications to include Visio, Excel and Word

Should have working knowledge of Linux

Experience performing site surveys and / or planning and executing system installations

Must possess excellent communication skills

Ability to work as part of a team or lead small team projects

Able to travel OCONUS, CONUS for up to 3-4 weeks at a time

Experience troubleshooting networks, hardware and software configurations

Ability to think on the fly and adapt to unexpected challenges

Familiarity with system design and testing

Familiarity with customer GOTs software capabilities

Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
