Warehouse Officer

WE ARE HIRING – WAREHOUSE OFFICER Location: Lagos Industry: Manufacturing Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦340,000 We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Officer to oversee warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and finished goods. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock counts. Coordinate the picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, health, and operational procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment. Prepare inventory and warehouse activity reports. Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2–4 years of warehouse or inventory management experience, preferably in a manufacturing company. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse/inventory management systems. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
