Quality Control Officer

Job Description

1. Verify temperature logs of transport vehicles and incoming shipments.
2. Ensure products are handled properly during poultry processing to prevent cross contamination.
3. Collect samples for lab testing as required.
4. Conduct sanitary inspections of equipment and employee hygiene practices.
5. Maintain proper documentation and reports.
6. Any ad hoc assignments assigned by Supervisor.
