Industrial Engineer

Your tasks

1.Process Improvement & Optimization •Analyze workflows, production processes, and resource utilization. •Identify bottlenecks and waste (time, material, energy, manpower). •Apply lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methods. 2.Productivity & Efficiency •Design methods to maximize output with minimal resources. •Perform time and motion studies, work measurement, and line balancing. •Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs). 3.Quality & Reliability •Ensure processes meet quality standards (ISO, IATF, etc.). •Implement error-proofing (Poka-Yoke) and continuous quality improvements. •Collaborate with QA/QC to reduce defects and rework. 4.Cost Reduction & Resource Management •Minimize production costs through better resource planning. •Optimize labor, material, energy, and machine usage. •Conduct cost–benefit and ROI analysis for process changes. 5.Capacity Planning & Layout Design •Calculate production capacity and optimize utilization. •Design/modify plant layouts for smooth material flow and safety. •Plan equipment, line setup, and ergonomics for workers. 6.Data Analysis & Decision Support •Use statistical tools and simulation models for process analysis. •Monitor KPIs like efficiency, downtime, OEE, yield, and throughput. •Provide reports and recommendations to management. 7.Safety & Ergonomics •Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. •Improve workplace ergonomics to reduce worker fatigue and injury. •Design safe material handling and workstation setups. 8.Project & Change Management •Lead improvement projects (Lean, Digitalization, Automation). •Coordinate cross-functional teams (production, quality, supply chain). •Manage timeline, budget, and implementation of improvements. 9.Technology & Automation •Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies. •Work with robotics, automation, and Industry 4.0 solutions. •Support digital transformation (MES, ERP, smart factory systems

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineer or related field
2. Understanding IE responsibility
3. Good Ability Engineering skill and problem solving
4. Good ability design and develop manufacturing process
5. Continuous improvement mindset
6. Able to work with team work mindset
7. Project management and leadership
8. Work with time line base
9. Good communication in English
10. Experience in IE at least 3 years
