Your tasks

Develops and implements innovative, customer-centric solutions, taking into account customer requirements and strategic business objectives.

Coordinates cross-departmental collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders and ensures efficient alignment and transparent communication between all participating departments.

Ensures the complete, consistent, and timely provision of all relevant customer information, thereby creating the foundation for high service quality and sustainable customer loyalty.

• Plan and implement projects, from requirements gathering and planning through implementation and rollout.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans.

• Collect and manage project team to identify tooling requirements, pain points, and opportunities for automation.
• Establish and maintain tooling standards, processes, and best practices.

• Manage tool evaluation, selection, implementation, and vendor coordination.
• Track project scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and issues.

• Monitor tool performance.
• Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and executive-level presentations.

• Maintain project documentation, records, and tooling roadmaps.
• Drive continuous improvement across the tooling system.

• Define tasks and required resources.
• Allocate project resources.

Requirements

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in molding technology or tooling.
