Data Governance - Informatica EDC

Responsibilities ㆍConfigure and administer Informatica EDC, including metadata harvesting and catalog management ㆍImplement and maintain data governance frameworks (business glossary, data ownership, stewardship) ㆍManage metadata, data classification, and critical data elements. ㆍPerform data lineage, impact analysis, and metadata analysis across systems. ㆍIntegrate EDC with enterprise platforms such as databases, ETL tools, and data warehouses. ㆍSupport data catalog and metadata management initiatives. ㆍCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and governance standards. ㆍContribute to documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of data governance processes.

Requirements: ㆍ2+ years of experience, preferably within banking or financial services. ㆍHands-on experience with Informatica EDC (configuration, administration, lineage, cataloging). ㆍStrong understanding of data governance concepts (business glossary, stewardship, ownership, classification). ㆍExperience in data catalog and metadata management implementation. ㆍProven experience in data lineage, impact analysis, and metadata analysis. ㆍStrong knowledge of SQL and databases (preferably Oracle). ㆍExperience integrating EDC with ETL tools and data warehouse environments. ㆍFamiliarity with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and data profiling concepts
