Your tasks
- Set out and construct timber roof structures.
- Install, repair and alter rafters, trusses, joists, purlins, roof decking and timber supports.
- Install battens, counter-battens, fascia boards and soffits.
- Carry out roof repairs and work from drawings and measurements.
- Measure, mark, cut and fix timber using hand and power tools.
- Work safely at height and coordinate with roofers, cladders and other trades.
- Maintain quality, housekeeping and safety standards
Requirements
- Conservation or refurbishment work and traditional roof construction.
- Older or high-quality architectural projects.
- Roof windows, dormers, fascia, soffit and timber detailing.
- Working from detailed drawings.
- Driving experience and a valid Philippine driving licenc
