Experienced Engineer Specializing in Energy Technology and Product Development

ATE is a small company with big ambitions to make a positive impact on society. At ATE, we are looking for a committed and experienced engineer to strengthen our development and project team.

You will play a central role in the development of future energy solutions – with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.

Your primary responsibilities:

Project management of technical development projects from idea to implementation

Development and optimization of solutions within energy technology

Coordination between internal and external stakeholders

Close collaboration with production, sales, and management

Contribute with technical input and ensure progress across multiple ongoing projects

We imagine that you:**

Are educated as an engineer – e.g., within energy, mechanical, electrical, or similar fields

Have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in technical development and project management, including CAD and technical drawings

Have solid knowledge of energy technology and green solutions

Are structured, solution-oriented, and thrive with many tasks at once

Communicate clearly and professionally – both verbally and in writing at a high level

Have experience with technical documentation
