Driver

Responsibilities:

Safely transport company staff, management, clients, and visitors to designated locations.

Deliver and collect documents, parcels, equipment, and other company items as assigned. Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off in accordance with scheduled assignments. Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any faults or maintenance requirements promptly. Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle. Ensure the vehicle is serviced according to the recommended maintenance schedule. Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and repairs. Verify that all vehicle documentation (driver's licence, insurance, vehicle licence, roadworthiness certificate, etc.) is current and valid. Obey all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies. Plan efficient travel routes to minimize delays and optimize fuel usage. Assist with loading and unloading items where necessary. Report accidents, incidents, vehicle damage, or traffic violations to management immediately. Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and activities encountered during official assignments. Ensure the security of passengers, company property, and transported items.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience  A minimum of a BSc.
