Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Review andapprove construction drawings, specifications, and designs to ensure that theymeet project requirements and industry standards.
• Ensure thatall work is performed in accordance with industry standards, company policies,and contractual requirements.
• Communicateseffectively with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to identifyneeds and evaluate alternative Project solutions.
• Attendmeetings as required to ensure the compliance with the overall projectstandards, procedures requirements and resolved issued.
• Lead andmotivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive workenvironment.
• Regularlyinspect the site progress and provide guidance to the project and constructionmanagement teams on best practices and efficiencies on scheduling andprocesses.
• Review andendorse subcontract documents, progress & variation works claims tocustomers.

Requirements:

• Degree inCivil Engineering / Construction Management, or a related field
• Strongcommunication skills, as well as the ability to visualize issues andeffectively communicate with others.
• Outstandingorganization, coordination and leadership skills.
• Excellencein verbal and oral communication skills.
