Software Development Team Lead

Key responsibilities •Lead the local team, establish engineering routines, and create a culture of ownership, constructive feedback, and dependable delivery. •Coordinate priorities, capacity, and technical decisions with development teams in Denmark and relevant stakeholders in China. •Translate industrial customer needs into software requirements, delivery plans, architecture, and acceptance criteria. •Remain hands-on in implementation, technical reviews, troubleshooting, and major architectural decisions. •Establish practical standards for source control, testing, documentation, security, deployment, and operational support. •Coach experienced engineers and mentor graduates; ensure learning plans and clear ownership across the team. •Promote responsible, effective use of AI-assisted software development across the entire engineering workflow. •Coordinate local quality activities with the QA Lead in Denmark and ensure testing is integrated into delivery.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher with software engineer major At least 7 years of work experience. Excellent English communication skills. Strong professional software development experience, with proven technical leadership, mentoring, or project ownership. Practical experience with Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or comparable backend technologies and modern web application architecture. Experience with APIs, databases, authentication, system integrations, Docker, Linux, and CI/CD. Ability to coordinate work involving C++, React, cloud platforms, and on-premises customer environments. Strong English communication and confidence working directly with technical colleagues and customer stakeholders. Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions, maintain momentum, and manage several concurrent workstreams.
